为厘清京津冀地区综合减灾示范社区空间格局,优化地区防灾和减灾资源基础设施建设,以京津冀地区1 275个综合减灾示范社区为研究对象,运用空间分析和计量方法,对京津冀地区综合减灾示范社区的空间格局及其影响因素进行研究。结果表明:京津冀地区综合减灾示范社区呈集聚型分布,空间分布极不均衡,差异较大,从市域尺度看,主要集中在北京市、天津市和石家庄市;从地理区域来看,主要分布在京津地区、冀中地区等区域;核密度分析显示京津冀地区综合减灾示范社区存在明显的区域差异,在空间分布上有3个高密度地区,其中以北京市中心城区一带最为明显;综合减灾示范社区空间分布的全局莫兰指数表明存在显著的空间正相关性;地理探测器分析表明,京津冀地区综合减灾示范社区空间格局主要受到经济因素和人口因素影响,受政策因素和灾害风险因素影响较小。
In order to find out the spatial pattern of the demonstration communities of comprehensive disaster reduction in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and optimize the construction of the regional infrastructure of disaster prevention and reduction resources,a total of 1 275 demonstration communities for comprehensive disaster reduction in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were selected as research objects,using spatial analysis and measurement methods, and the spatial pattern and its influencing factors of the demonstration community of comprehensive disaster reduction in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were studied. The results show that the model communities of comprehensive disaster reduction in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are clustered,with uneven spatial distribution and large spatial differences. From the perspective of the city scale,it is mainly distributed in Beijing,Tianjin and Shijiazhuang. In terms of geographical area,it is mainly distributed in Beijing-Tianjin area and the central part of Hebei Province. The nuclear density analysis shows that there are obvious regional differences in the demonstration communities of comprehensive disaster reduction in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area,there are three high density areas in the spatial distribution, especially in the central area of Beijing. The Global Moran index of the spatial distribution of the comprehensive disaster reduction demonstration community showed that there was a significant positive spatial correlation. And the geographical detector analysis shows that the spatial pattern of the demonstration communities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is mainly affected by economic and population, but less by policy and disaster risk.
