摘要:
针对森林草原火灾、雪灾、洪涝、地震等大区域自然灾害的卫星遥感监测问题,给出了受灾区域卫星遥感观测的条带分解方法。以星地几何分析方法为基础,将受灾区域按星下点方向进行条带分解,使敏捷遥感卫星能够对受灾区域进行单轨连续观测及多轨连续观测,从而达到对受灾区域的灾后应急观测的目的。论文以四川地区、云南地区和近地轨道敏捷卫星为算例,进行了条带分解方法的仿真验证。结果表明,本文设计的条带分解方法能够较好覆盖受灾区域,能够作为敏捷卫星任务规划和执行的输入。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of satellite remote sensing monitoring of large regional natural disasters such as forest and grassland fire,snow disaster,flood and earthquake,a strip splitting method of satellite remote sensing in the affected area is proposed. Based on the satellite earth geometric analysis method,the affected area is decomposed according to the sub satellite point direction,so that the agile remote sensing satellite can carry out monorail continuous observation and multi orbital continuous observation in the affected area,so as to achieve the purpose of post disaster emergency observation in the affected area. Taking Sichuan, Yunnan and low earth orbit agile satellites as examples,the strip splitting method is simulated and verified. The results show that the strip splitting method designed in this paper can better cover the disaster area and can be used as an input for agile satellite mission planning and execution.
