摘要:
地震灾害损失调查评估推演训练是有效提升地震应急队员现场损失评估能力的方法。本文基于历史地震灾害情景数据库,采用贝叶斯网络模型,构建基于客观度优化的地震直接经济损失预估模型,得出房屋建筑、工程结构设施在不同设定地震下可能产生的直接经济损失条件概率,并将上述结果应用于地震灾害损失调查评估推演训练中房屋、工程结构设施破坏情景的构建,从而更加科学合理地设计地震灾害损失调查评估推演训练中各类房屋建筑调查点、工程结构设施的分布,进而提升地震灾害损失调查评估推演训练的客观度。
