摘要:
桥梁结构防御灾害的性能与施工阶段的精准建造密切相关。结合湖南省湘潭市昭华湘江大桥-独塔自锚式悬索桥工程,针对施工过程中梁体吊索(杆)锚箱定位偏差、散索鞍定位偏差等对成桥性态的影响问题,进行了理论计算分析,提出了其精准建造的有效控制措施。研究表明:自锚式悬索桥的吊索(杆)倾斜主要是由施工过程中的上下锚点定位偏差控制,根据索夹放样前对梁体锚箱位置进行复测并做相应位置修正可以有效改善由于施工定位偏差引起的吊索(杆)倾斜,且有关调整对成桥主缆线形影响甚微;散索鞍定位偏差将对空缆及成桥线形和受力产生较大影响,如果主缆架设前发现散索鞍的鞍座定位发生了较大偏差,可通过调整散索鞍在鞍座上的相对位置来调整适应;提出了主梁线形和主缆线形准确实现的有效控制措施,为同类桥梁建造提供了参考。
Abstract:
The performance of bridge structure against disaster is closely related to the precision of construction stage. Combined with the project of Zhaohua Xiangjiang River single-tower self-anchored suspension bridge in Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, in view of the influence of the positioning deviation of the girder sling (pole) anchor box and the positioning deviation of the loose saddle on the completed bridge performance in the construction process, the theoretical caculation and analysis are carried out, and the effective control measures for the precise construction are proposed. The results show that: (1)the inclination of the beam sling (bar) of single-tower self-anchored suspension bridge is mainly controlled by the positioning deviation of the upper and lower anchoring points in the process of construction. According to the remeasurement of the position of the anchor box for the sling (bar) before the cable clamp lofting and the corresponding correction can effectively relieve the inclination of the beam sling (bar) caused by the construction positioning deviation, and the relevant adjustment has little impact on the shape of the cable curve of suspension bridge; (2)The positioning deviation of the splay saddle will have a great influence on the empty cable and the finished bridge alignment and stress state. If the positioning deviation of the splay saddle is found before the main cable is erected, it can be adapted by adjusting the relative position of the splay saddle on the saddle; (3)The effective control measures for the accurate realization of main beam and cable curve are put forward. It provides reference for the construction of similar bridges.
